Order Processing

Orders submitted through linkhaul Store receive our immediate attention. We fulfill every order within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

linkhaul Store also delivers to customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. International shipments usually arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are payable by the recipient and are not reflected in the item price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Transparency is central to how we operate. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Should you not see any tracking update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can look into it for you.

Address Changes

To revise your shipping address, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate requests received after that window, but once an order has entered processing, an address adjustment may no longer be possible.
